Rate quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by email are estimates only and are subject to change based on final shipment details, fuel surcharges, route conditions, and applicable regulatory charges. A binding rate is established only through a written rate confirmation signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Cross-border shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and brokerage fees not included in the transport rate.
By tendering freight to Woodland Hauling Transport, the shipper agrees to:
The shipper assumes liability for any loss, damage, or delay arising from inaccurate information, improper packaging, or failure to disclose special requirements.
Our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is governed by the applicable provincial or federal tariff and/or the terms of the bill of lading. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, mechanical failures, strikes, acts of God, border delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
